When caring for a loved one starts to affect your life and work
We help individuals and families navigate the challenges of caring for a parent, partner, or another loved one. We also support companies that want to prevent employee burnout.
Care doesn’t just affect families. It affects the workplace too.
More and more people of working age are caring for ageing parents or other loved ones. Without support, long-term caregiving can lead to exhaustion, uncertainty, absenteeism, and even leaving employment.
Pečujtee helps you find solutions before the situation turns into a crisis.

About KarlaTestimonials
It was an incredibly difficult time, but suddenly I no longer had to face it alone. My priority was to make sure my mother was comfortable, but I couldn’t manage everything on my own. Thanks to Martina, I gained valuable insights, information, and practical guidance on what to do next.

You stayed in touch with me throughout, supporting me and giving me strength.
- Mrs Pavla
In situations like these, the end is always inevitable. But with your help, those final moments were somehow very peaceful and meaningful for all of us. I believe that is why I am finding it easier to come to terms with my father’s passing.
- Mrs Martina
Without regular conversations with Petra, I would probably have given up caring for my mother long ago, as I did not know how to set the right priorities. The option to call at any time of day or night for advice or support in any situation was invaluable. I also greatly appreciated Petra’s offer to accompany me personally when visiting hospices for my mother, for the time when I would no longer be able to care for her at home.
