Effectively Supporting Direct Care Workers
In collaboration with Pečujtee, we provide effective support to direct care workers who are dealing with caregiving responsibilities or sudden, long-term life situations related to formal care and family crises.
We focus on fostering strong support within teams and preventing worker burnout caused by crises they may be going through.
