- The program includes a focus on mental health care for leaders.

Effectively Supporting Managers
We guide managers in supporting employees who are dealing with caregiving responsibilities or sudden and long-term life situations related to informal caregiving and family crises.
Through the BALANCE program, we aim to foster strong support connections with teams and prevent employee turnover due to crises they may be going through.
Tailored Support and Education
We help support potentially at-risk employees and predict the risks associated with caregiving responsibilities. We assist in managing family situations when someone becomes seriously ill or passes away.
